Our founder spent 19 years serving as a leader and senior leader in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets), where leadership wasn't taught in a classroom alone—it was developed under pressure, tested in uncertainty, and refined through accountability. Those lessons now serve as the foundation for helping organizations build leaders who communicate clearly, make sound decisions, earn trust, and lead high-performing teams.

Today, Ascendry Group brings that same disciplined, practical approach to businesses, manufacturers, public safety organizations, and growing teams. We don't believe in motivational speeches or one-size-fits-all training.
